Boutique Restaurant Refurbishment
Arched niches, lime-plaster walls and oak furniture for a 70-cover restaurant — completed in a 3-week closure.
The operator could only close for three weeks. We pre-fabricated arches and joinery, then ran painting, decorative plaster and MEP in parallel shifts. Terracotta and sage lime-wash finishes give depth that flat paint cannot, and every surface was specified for heavy commercial cleaning.
