Emirates Hills Villa Renovation
Full turnkey refresh of a 2008 villa: new open-plan kitchen, flooring and lighting throughout.
The owners loved their location but not their dated layout. We removed two partition walls to create a single kitchen–living space, installed a bespoke charcoal kitchen with a book-matched marble island, and replaced ceramic floors with engineered oak. Every junction between old and new was detailed to disappear. The family moved back in on the agreed date, and a subsequent valuation reflected a meaningful uplift.
