Working 40 floors up demands planning: materials were lifted in a single coordinated window and all cutting done in our workshop. Large-format stone, a walnut floating vanity and brushed gold brassware create a calm retreat. Waterproofing was tested twice before tiling — the kind of detail that is invisible but essential.
